For Domestic Customers (India)

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Mandatory Video Unpacking Requirement:
    • To initiate a return or refund, you must provide an unedited video of the product being unpacked.
    • The video must clearly show:
      • The sealed packaging being opened for the first time.
      • The condition of the product and any issues encountered.
  3. Return and Refund Process:
    • Contact us at contact@snehaschoice.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Share the unboxing video and describe the issue.
    • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
  4. Exchange Policy:
    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
    • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.

For International Customers

  1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges:
    • Due to logistical constraints, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.
  2. Warranty:
    • A 1-year warranty for product polish is available. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided. If the product is unavailable, an item of the same value will be offered as a substitute.
