These Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Sneha’s Choice Affiliate Programme (“Programme”).
Sneha’s Choice is operated by Sneha Gupta as a sole proprietorship and is referred to in these Terms as “Sneha’s Choice”, “we”, “us” or “our”. A person accepted into the Programme is referred to as an “Affiliate”, “you” or “your”.
By applying for, accessing or participating in the Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
To apply for the Programme, you must:
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Sneha’s Choice may approve or reject any application at its discretion.
We may review your website, social-media accounts, content quality, audience, promotional practices and brand suitability before approving your application.
You may start using Sneha’s Choice affiliate links or coupon codes only after receiving approval. Your participation is personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred or assigned without our written permission.
Approved Affiliates may receive:
You must use only the links, codes, creatives and promotional information authorised by Sneha’s Choice.
You must not modify, conceal, manipulate or interfere with affiliate links, tracking cookies, coupon codes or attribution technology.
Your coupon code may provide a customer discount only when a discount has been separately configured by Sneha’s Choice. The existence of an affiliate coupon does not automatically guarantee a customer discount.
The standard commission rate and any special product- or category-based rates will be displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard or communicated to you by Sneha’s Choice.
Different commission rates may apply to different products, collections, categories, Affiliates or campaigns.
Unless stated otherwise, commission is calculated on the eligible product value after discounts and excludes:
Where a product-specific rate and category-specific rate both apply, the product-specific rate will take priority.
We may revise commission rates by updating the Programme settings or notifying Affiliates. Revised rates will ordinarily apply to qualifying transactions made after the change.
Subject to successful tracking, an order may be attributed using the following priority:
Referral cookies are ordinarily valid for 90 days, unless a different duration is displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard or Programme settings.
“Lifetime customer attribution” means that an eligible customer may remain associated with the referring Affiliate for future qualifying orders while the Affiliate remains approved. It does not guarantee permanent or irrevocable commission.
Lifetime attribution may be overridden by:
Sneha’s Choice records will be considered the authoritative record when determining attribution and commission eligibility.
Commission is earned only when:
Pending commissions are not final earnings. Commissions become approved only after the relevant order satisfies our verification and return requirements.
Commission will not be payable for:
Sneha’s Choice may reverse, withhold or adjust commission when an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back or found to be ineligible.
The standard minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000, unless another amount is displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard or communicated to you.
Payments may be made through bank transfer, UPI, PayPal or another method supported by Sneha’s Choice.
To receive payment, you must provide complete and accurate payout and tax information. Sneha’s Choice is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect information supplied by an Affiliate.
Payouts may be processed manually or through an approved payment provider. Processing time may vary depending on verification, banking schedules and the selected payment method.
Any applicable tax deduction at source, withholding, processing fee or statutory deduction may be applied as required by law.
Each Affiliate is responsible for reporting and paying their own income tax, GST or other applicable taxes arising from affiliate earnings. You should obtain independent tax advice where necessary.
Whenever you promote Sneha’s Choice using an affiliate link, coupon code, complimentary product, paid collaboration or any other material benefit, you must clearly disclose your relationship with Sneha’s Choice.
The disclosure must be prominent, easy to understand and visible before or together with the promotional claim. It must not be hidden among hashtags, placed only after “see more”, or presented in a way an ordinary consumer could miss.

You must also use any disclosure tools provided by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or another platform where applicable.
You are responsible for complying with the Advertising Standards Council of India guidelines, consumer-protection requirements and the rules of each platform you use.
Affiliates must promote Sneha’s Choice honestly and responsibly.
You must not:
Product descriptions and claims must remain consistent with the current information published on the official Sneha’s Choice website.
You must not:
Sneha’s Choice grants approved Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable permission to use approved brand names, product images, logos and marketing materials solely for participation in the Programme.
You must:
No ownership rights in the Sneha’s Choice name, logo, website, product photographs, videos, designs or other intellectual property are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of original content that you create.
When you submit, tag or share promotional content with Sneha’s Choice, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to repost, display and share that content for marketing and Programme administration, with appropriate creator credit where reasonably practicable.
If you do not want specific content reused, you may notify us in writing.
You must ensure that your content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
Information that is not publicly available—including campaign plans, unreleased products, private commission arrangements, customer information, sales data and business strategies—must be kept confidential.
You may use confidential information only for authorised participation in the Programme and must not disclose it without written permission.
Sneha’s Choice may process your name, contact information, account details, tax information, payment information, referral activity, sales performance and related data to:
Such information will be handled in accordance with the Sneha’s Choice Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
You must not collect or process Sneha’s Choice customer information unless we have expressly authorised you to do so. You must never attempt to access customer payment information or confidential order data.
Sneha’s Choice may review referral traffic, coupon use, orders, content and promotional methods to verify compliance and prevent fraud.
We may request reasonable information concerning your traffic sources, campaigns or promotional activities. Failure to provide requested information may result in commissions being withheld or your account being suspended.
Either party may end participation in the Programme at any time by giving written notice.
Sneha’s Choice may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate for:
On termination, you must immediately stop using all affiliate links, coupon codes and Sneha’s Choice brand materials.
Valid approved commissions earned before termination may remain payable. However, commissions connected with fraud, misuse or violations may be cancelled or withheld to the extent permitted by law.
Sneha’s Choice may modify, pause or discontinue the Programme, commission rates, attribution rules, payout methods or these Terms.
Material changes will be communicated through the website, Affiliate Dashboard, email or another reasonable method. Continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
Your participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture or exclusive relationship between you and Sneha’s Choice.
You have no authority to:

Sneha’s Choice does not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sneha’s Choice will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the Programme.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Sneha’s Choice harmless from claims, losses, penalties, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory rights, courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Programme.
Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith written communication.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure by Sneha’s Choice to enforce any provision immediately does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms, together with the applicable commission settings, Privacy Policy and any written campaign instructions, constitute the agreement governing your participation in the Programme.
